This site belongs to Elaine Li, a REALTOR® with Keller Williams Peninsula Estates (DRE# 02439552). This page explains what I collect when you use it, why, and who else sees it.
What you send me. When you use a contact or home-valuation form, I receive what you enter: your name, email, phone number, property address, and message. The same applies when you call, text, email, or message me on WeChat.
How the site is used. The site uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies and records things like the pages you visit, your general location, and your device type. It does not give me your name or contact details.
To answer your question, prepare the valuation or analysis you asked for, schedule a conversation, and follow up about your real estate plans. I don't sell your information, and I don't add you to a mailing list unless you subscribe yourself.
The services that run this site: Formspree delivers form submissions to my inbox, Google Analytics measures site traffic, Calendly handles bookings, and Substack runs The Peninsula Letter. Each has its own privacy policy. If we work together, your information is shared with my brokerage and with the parties a transaction requires, such as lenders, escrow, and the other agent, only as needed.
You can ask me what information I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it, subject to records I'm required to keep. California residents may have additional rights under state law. Email elaine@disencai.com and I'll respond.
To limit analytics, you can block cookies in your browser or use Google's opt-out tools. To leave the newsletter, use the unsubscribe link in any issue.
